Katies' back in the kitchen! Today - we combine our hands- and introduce a wonderful dosirak recipe for this fall. For the banchans, we will hand-make (1) Dong-gue-rang-taeng (Korean Meatballs), (2) Garlic Scapes (Eomuk) & Fish Cake Stir-fry. Then combine it with Cucumber Kimchi and top-it-off with fresh figs!
