In this step-by-step tutorial, learn how to schedule meetings faster and more easily using the Microsoft FindTime add-in for Microsoft Outlook.

Organizers need a Microsoft work or school account to set up a meeting poll. FindTime unfortunately does not work with Microsoft consumer free or paid accounts. Meeting participants do not need to have a Microsoft account to vote on meeting times.
