D'Leedon is Singapore's current biggest development, spanning a total of 840,049 square feet housing 1,715 units. It is located in District 10 and was completed in 2014 by renowned developers Capitaland. Other than its massive size, its other claim to fame was its design by the late legendary Zaha Hadid.

It features 2 50 metre swimming pools, a basketball court, 3 tennis courts, gym, karaoke rooms, function rooms, and a race track among many others. The closest MRT station is Farrer Road MRT station along the Circle Line.

In a nutshell, those who like expansive land and an almost all-inclusive feel will enjoy what D'Leedon has to offer - especially for families with young children. But for those who prioritise peacefulness and want their own privacy, this is one to steer clear from.
