๐ฅ [Carrot Kimbap] (2servings)
- Ingredients : 3~4 Carrots, 5 Eggs, 2 Steamed rice, 3 sheets Dried seaweed for Kimbap, Cooking oil, Salt, 1tbsp Minced garlic, 2tbsp Sesame oil
- Rice seasonings : ยฝ tsp Salt, ยฝ tbsp Sesame oil, Sesame seeds
1. Shred the carrots that have been washed clean into match sticks.2. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan and stir-fry the shredded carrots, then season with salt.3. Stir-fry the half-cooked carrot with minced garlic and sesame oil for 1~2 minutes, then turn off the heat and cool it down.4. Beat the eggs in a bowl, mix in some salt, and use a strainer to strain.5. Grease a heated pan with a little oil and add egg water, then roll 3 to 4 times.6. Cut the cooled rolled omelet diagonally and fold it to form a heart.7. Add the rice seasoning ingredients to the rice and mix.8. Spread the rice thinly and add the fried carrots and eggs to the kimbap seaweed, then roll them together.9. Cut the kimbap into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle on some sesame seeds.
