pork chop - 1 kg (2.2 lb)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)
mustard - 10 g (0.35 oz)
mushrooms - 200 g (7 oz)
pressed cheese - 200 g (7 oz)
onion - 200 g (7 oz)
pickled cabbage - 500 g (17.64 oz)
for the sauce:
frozen red berries - 150 g (5.3 oz)
salt - 2 g (0.07 oz)
black pepper - 2 g (0.07 oz)
oregano - 2 g (0.07 oz)
Over low fire 3- 5 min
Tray size 25 x 30 cm (10 x 12 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/35 minutes
