【食材/Ingredients】
牛排：
菲力牛排350g，黄油30g，百里香7-8根，大蒜1头，盐和胡椒

特制番茄酱：
洋葱半个(60g)，红椒一个(25g)，油(20ml)，小番茄(红黄各70g)，意大利香醋(1茶匙)，新鲜罗勒叶(6-7片)

芥末酱：
4.5茶匙蛋黄酱（美乃滋）
1.5茶匙全籽芥末酱

Ciabatta面包（或法棍）6片（1.5cm厚）
生菜菜心6片
