Sous Vide YOGURT Experiment! Plain, Drinkable and Probiotic!

I love yogurt but they can be expensive specially when you drink it as must as me and my family does. Today I used sous vide to make 3 different types some worked great and other need some adjustments. Over all it was a total success!

* PLAIN YOGURT INSTRUCTIONS *
1 Gallon of Milk (Heat it to 180°F / 80°C)
Bring temp dow to (110°F / 44°C)
Add 650g of plain YOGURT
Mix all together
Cook sous vide for 12hrs (110°F / 40°C)
Refrigerate for 5hrs

* YAKULT INSTRUCTIONS *
1 Litter of Milk (Heat it to 104°F / 80°C)
Add 1 Yakult
Cook Sous Vide for 12hrs (110°F / 40°C)
Refrigerate for 12hrs
For syrup mix 1 cup of brown sugar and 3 tbsp water
Mix all together and refrigerate for 5hrs

* DRINKABLE YOGURT INSTRUCTIONS *
1/2 Pack of gelatin with heated water until all melts
Heat 1 litter of Milk to (110°F / 40°C)
Add 1 cup of yogurt
1 cup of powder milk
and gelatin mix
Cook Sous Vide for 12hrs (110°F / 40°C)
Refrigerate for 12hrs
Mix with hand blender and enjoy
