Coffee Milk Bread 咖啡牛奶面包,湿润又松软,隔天不发硬
all-purpose flour or bread flour 340 g 中筋面粉或高筋面包粉340克
yeast 3 g 1 tsp 酵母3克
Dark brown sugar 40 g 4 tbsp 黑糖(红糖)40克
salt 3 g 1/2 tsp 盐 3克
Instant coffee 10 g 2 tbsp 速溶咖啡 10克
Hot water 15 ml 1 tbsp 热水15毫升
lukewarm milk 190 ml 温牛奶190毫升
whole egg 55 g +- 一个鸡蛋55克
unsalted butter 20 g 1 tbsp+ 1/2 tsp 无盐黄油20克
egg yolk 1 一个蛋黄
white sugar 15 g 1 tbsp 白糖15克
All-purpose flour 15 g 1 tbsp + 1/2 tbsp 中筋面粉15克
Fresh milk 90-100 ml 牛奶90-100毫升
unsalted butter 15 g 1 tbsp 无盐黄油 15克
Bake in preheated oven at 180℃/356℉ for 14-15 mins
预热好的烤箱 180℃/356华氏度烤14-15分钟
