BALSAMIC STRAWBERRY TOAST RECIPE

1 Cup Sliced Strawberries - Fresh or Frozen
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
Sliced Bread
Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Fresh Basil

In a small bowl add the strawberries, sugar and balsamic vinegar. Mix together and set aside for a few minutes.
Cut slices of bread and toast.
Spread a layer or Philadelphia Cream Cheese over the toast and top with a few spoonfuls of the balsamic strawberries.
Sprinkle over fresh basil and enjoy!

CUCUMBER BOATS RECIPE

1 Cucumber
1/2 Cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1/4 tsp Pepper
6 Slices Ham
Everything Bagel Seasoning

In a small bowl mix together the Philadelphia Cream Cheese, grated cheddar cheese and pepper.
Cut the cucumber into thirds and each third in half length ways. Use a small spoon to scoop the seeds out.
Fill each piece of cucumber with a slice of ham and few tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle over everything bagel seasoning and enjoy!
