Hey Friends
Today i Show you some of the things i eat in a day, alsoooo on this particular day i did have some snacks as well that i didnt film (a couple oranges, some crackers.. peanut butter lol)
Ive been fermenting and sprouting a lot more and its been really helpful with my digestion and bloating etc. Im going to make an entire video soon how to make all of my fermented things;)
