配方 Ingredients:
面团 Dough:
温水100毫升/100克
Lukewarm water 100 ml/100 g
酵母3克
Instant dry yeast 3 g / 1 tsp
普通中筋面粉70克
All-purpose flour 70 g (1 / 2 cup)
静置20分钟
Leave for 20 minutes

Lukewarm water 100 ml/100 g
普通中筋面粉210克
All-purpose flour 210 g (1.5 cup)
盐3克
Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
橄榄油30毫升
Olive oil 30 ml (2 tbsps)
无盐黄油30克
Unsalted butter 30 g (2 tbsps)
蒜3瓣 15克
Garlic 3 cloves 15 g
小葱
Green onion
香菜
Cilantro
一小撮盐1.5克(1/4茶勺)
A pinch of salt 1.5 g (1/4 tsp)
洋葱半个50克
A half of onion 50 g
马苏里拉奶酪150克
Mozzarella cheese 150 g
番茄酱60毫升(可以不加)
Ketchup 60 ml (optional)
预热的烤箱180℃/356华氏度烤18分钟至表面金黄。
Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃/356℉ for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
