Today’s case examines the brutal double homicide of a young couple in a quiet suburban neighbourhood. The case was unusual, with a friend claiming to overhear the start of the attack over the phone. And as the investigation unfolded, it seemed many of those closest to the couple were unwilling to share what they knew with police. It would take nearly a year for investigators to sift through a web of lies and half-truths before an arrest could be made. Yet ten years later, questions remain. Do police really have their killer?
