Ingredients：
1. The Puff batter
* 3pcs Eggs
* 75g Cake flour 1/2cup+1tbsp+1/4tbsp
* 55g Butter 2oz
* 65g Milk 1/4cup+4tbsp
* 70g Water 1/4cup+2/3tbsp
* 6g Sugar 1tbsp
* 1g Salt 1/8tsp

2. Cream ：
* 200g Heavy whipping cream 3/4cup+1tbsp+3/4tbsp
* 10g Sugar 3/4tbsp
* 30g Rose Syrup 0.5tbsp
* 1 Drops Food color pink
* 5g Lemon juice 1tsp

Preheat the Oven 190°C（370℉）baking for 8 minutes, Then turn to 180°C（356℉）baking 8-10 minutes.
