Ingredients:
Prepare Cake:
-Anday (Eggs) 4 (room temperature)
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¾ Cup
-Cooking oil ½ Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 & ½ tsp
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup (room temperature)
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ Cup
-Cocoa powder 1/3 Cup
-Baking soda 1 tsp
-Baking powder 2 tsp
-Instant coffee 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
Prepare Ice cream Layer:
-Hico Dairy Vanilla Ice Cream
-Hico Dairy Chocolate Ice Cream
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-Dark chocolate chopped 300g
-Cream 200ml
-Whipping cream
-Peanuts chopped
Directions:
Prepare Cake:
-In a bowl,add eggs,caster sugar & beat well until foamy.
-Add cooking oil,vanilla essence,milk & beat well.
-On a bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,baking soda,baking powder,instant coffee,salt and sift all dry ingredients together then beat until well combined.
-On 8-inch round baking pan (greased with oil & lined with butter paper),pour prepared batter & tap few times.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 35 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
-Take out from the oven & let it cool.
Prepare Ice cream Layer:
-Line 8-inch round baking pan with aluminum foil properly.
-Use an ice cream scoop to transfer vanilla ice cream & chocolate ice cream to lined cake pan then press down into a flat layer,cover the surface with cling film & freeze for 4-6 hours.
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-In a jug,add dark chocolate,cream and microwave for 1 minute & 30 seconds then mix well & transfer to a squeeze bottle.
-With the help of the layer cake slicer,horizontally cut three layers of cake.
-Line 8-inch round baking pan with cling film,place one layer of cake and drizzle chocolate ganache.
-Remove cling film from ice cream layer & invert ice cream layer on cake layer,add chocolate ganache & place another cake layer over it,cover with cling film & freeze for 4-6 hours.
-Take out cake from freezer,remove cling film and apply whipping cream all over the cake.
-Take a plastic sheet and create a boundary/wall around the cake & seal the edges with tape.
-Pour slightly warm remaining ganache over the cake inside the sheet & add peanuts.
-Pull the sheet up,cut into slices & serve!

-Preheated oven mein 180C per 35 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Cake ko oven sa nikal lein & thanda ker lein.
Prepare Ice cream Layer:
-8-inc round baking pan mein aluminum foil laga lein.
-Vanilla ice cream aur choclate ice cream ka scoops dal dein aur press ker ka flat layer bana lein,cling film sa cover karein aur 4-6 hours kliya freezer mein freeze ker lein.
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-Jug mein darck chocolate aur cream dal ker 1 minute & 30 seconds kliya microwave ker lein phir ache tarhan mix karein & squeeze bottle mein transfer ker lein.
-Cake ko cake layer slicer ki madad sa horizontally three layers mein cut ker lein.
-8-inch round baking pan mein cling film laga lein,cake ki ek layer rakh dein aur chococlate ganache drizzle ker lein.
-Ice cream layer sa cling film ko remove ker lein & cake layer ka upper rakh dein,chococlate ganache drizzle dal dein,ek aur cake ki layer rakh dein aur cling film sa cover ker ka 4-6 hours kliya freeze ker lein.
-Cake ko freezer sa nikal ker cling film remover ker lein aur puray cake per whipping cream laga lein.
-Plastic sheet ko cake per laga ker boundary/wall bana lein aur edges ko tape sa seal ker lein.
-Remaining warm ganache ko cake ka upper dal dein aur peanuts dal dein.
-Sheet ko remove ker lein aur slices mein cut ker ka serve karein!
