GINATAANG LANGKA WITH ALIMASAG is a Filipino dish that consists of unripe or young jackfruit cooked in coconut milk, my version includes alimasag which is a perfect match with this dish. You can also cook it with pork or shrimp.

For me, ginataan recipes are always the best because of its richness and creaminess.

Serve it hot with freshly cooked rice.
