This is how to make a Japanese sweet called "Bekomochi" that is handed down in the Shimokita Peninsula of Aomori Prefecture.

Dumpling flour(=A mixture of rice flour and sticky rice flour): 400g
Sugar: 200g
Hot water: 200 ml
Icing color: moderate
Steaming time: 13 minutes
