Red bean paste Bread recipe Delicious soft and fluffy.

配方 Ingredients (9 pieces):
牛奶200毫升Milk 200 ml
酵母3克Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
白糖15克Granulated Sugar 15 g (1 tbsp)
高筋面粉或面包粉300克All purpose flour or bread flour 300 g
盐1.5克 Salt 1.5 g (1/4 tsp)
无盐黄油25克 Unsalted butter 25 g
炒菜油5毫升Cooking oil 5 ml
红豆沙315克Red bean paste 315 g

全蛋液 Egg wash
黑芝麻Black sesame seeds as needed
白芝麻White sesame seeds as needed

预热好的烤箱180℃/356华氏度烤15-17分钟至表面发黄
Bake in preheated oven at 180℃/356℉ for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown
