One pan creamy mushroom chicken is indescribably delicious. The chicken is creamy, juicy, and tender. The best part is, it's made using one pan and a few simple ingredients. Also, it's great served up over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes. I often make this up for my dinner and party guests. Believe me, they rant and rave about it and ask for the recipe. As with all our recipes, you can alter the ingredients and amounts according to your liking. This recipe is designed for 2 or three. If you have more people, however, simply double or triple it.
