🥪 [몬테크리스토 샌드위치] 1인분
- 재료 : 식빵 3장, 슬라이스햄 2장, 슬라이스 체다치즈 4장, 딸기쨈 1큰술, 허니머스타드 1큰술, 빵가루 1컵, 식용유 적당량
- 달걀물 재료 : 달걀 2개, 우유 ¼ 컵, 설탕 1작은술, 소금 한꼬집
1. 테두리를 자른 식빵 한면에 허니 머스터드 고루 펴 바르고 - 치즈 2장 - 햄을 올리고 한면에 딸기쨈을 바른 식빵으로 덮은 후 반복해서 (허니 머스터드 펴 바르고 - 치즈 2장 - 햄 - 딸기쨈을 한면에 바른 식빵)으로 덮어주세요.
(tip. 기호에 따라 치즈와 햄을 1장씩 넣어도 괜찮아요)
2. 볼에 달걀물재료를 넣어 섞어 샌드위치를 달걀물-빵가루 순으로 골고루 묻혀주세요.
3. 달군 팬에 식용유를 넉넉히 붓고 샌드위치를 올려 중약불에서 4면을 돌려가며 노릇하게 구워주세요.
4. 샌드위치를 대각선으로 잘라 접시에 담아주세요.


🥪 [Monte Cristo Sandwich] 1serving
- Ingredients : 3Sheets Bread, 2Sheets Sliced ham, 4Sheets Cheddar cheese, 1tbsp Strawberry jam, 1tbsp Honey mustard dressing, 1cup of Bread crumbs, Cooking oil
- Egg mixture : 2 Eggs, ¼cup of Milk, 1tsp Sugar, Salt
1. Spread honey mustard sauce evenly on one side of bread with cut edges, put 2 slices of cheese and ham and cover it with bread applied by strawberry jam on one side. Repeat it again( spread honey mustard sauce on the other side, and cover 2 slices cheese, ham, and strawberry jam with bread on the other side) and cover with that.
2. Put eggs and ingredients in a bowl and mix them. Then cover the bread with eggs with ingredients and bread crumbs.
3. Grease a hot pan with enough cooking oil and bake it until lightly browned with 4 sides of sandwich on medium low heat.
4. Cut the sandwich diagonally into 4 pieces and place it on a plate.
