35 g coconut flakes(1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon baking powder
250 ml milk(use your favorite) 1 cup
2 medium eggs / or vegan substitute
2 tbsp sweetener(stevia or your choice)
100 g blueberries(3/4 cup)
bake 25 minutes at 180°C /360°F
