【超滑】蒸水蛋 | 3個重點做更滑蒸水蛋 [Eng Sub]
雞蛋 2 Egg
史雲生清雞湯 250ml Swanson Clear Chicken Broth
蘑菇 120g Mushroom
煙肉 2pcs Bacon
蔥 適量 Spring Onion
1.把蛋打發,加入史雲生雞湯,攪拌
2.把蘑菇切片,再將煙肉切絲,炒熟,加到碟裡,再加上已攪拌的蛋汁,包上錫紙,以中小火蒸8-10分鐘
3.灑上適量的蔥花,即成
