雞蛋 2 Egg
史雲生清雞湯 250ml Swanson Clear Chicken Broth
蘑菇 120g Mushroom
煙肉 2pcs Bacon
蔥 適量 Spring Onion

1.把蛋打發，加入史雲生雞湯，攪拌
2.把蘑菇切片，再將煙肉切絲，炒熟，加到碟裡，再加上已攪拌的蛋汁，包上錫紙，以中小火蒸8-10分鐘
3.灑上適量的蔥花，即成
