Ingredients for bottom layer (下层材料):
350g grated cassava/tapioca (木薯茸)
110g gula Melaka/palm sugar (椰糖)
40ml water (水)
125ml thick coconut milk (浓椰浆)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
50g grated coconut (白椰丝)
2 tbsp tapioca starch (木薯粉)
Ingredients for top layer (上层材料)材料:
350g grated cassava /tapioca (木薯茸)
100g caster sugar (细砂糖)
200ml thick coconut milk (浓椰浆)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
50g grated coconut (白椰丝)丝
2 tbsp custard powder (吉士粉)
