Ootoro (fatty tuna), sushi-grade (purchase @ bit.ly/buy-otoro)
Sushi rice pillows (purchase @ bit.ly/sushi-rice-pillows)
Yuzu
Soy sauce, wasabi, sushi ginger (pickled red ginger) for garnish

You will also need:
A kitchen blow torch
