自带奶盖的泰式红茶和可以吃的奶茶豆腐,你选哪一个?
泰式红茶冲泡:
泰式红茶,开水和冰块按重量1:30:10冲泡。比如:红茶20g,开水600ml,冰200g
泰式奶茶成品:
泰式红茶300ml,冰块150g,炼乳30g,淡奶80g
芝士奶盖奶茶:
牛奶50ml,炼乳30g,奶油奶酪或马斯卡彭奶酪15g,盐0.5g
淡奶油150g(不要用赶上打折买的脱脂奶油哦!)
泰式红茶350ml,细砂糖10g
泰式奶茶豆腐:
上层奶冻:奶盖250g,淡奶50g,吉列丁7g,凉水10g
下层茶冻:泰式红茶700ml,玉米糖浆或细砂糖25g,吉列丁15g,凉水25g
Thai Tea:
Blend thai tea mix, hot water and ice according to this weight ratio: 1: 30: 10. Eg: thai tea mix 20g, hot water 600ml, ice 200g
Regular Thai Milk Tea:
Thai tea 300ml, ice 150g, condensed milk 30g, evaporated milk 80g
Cheese-covered Thai Tea:
Milk 50ml, condensed milk 30g, cream cheese (15g), salt 0.5g
Half-and-half cream 150g
Thai tea 350ml, sugar 10g
Thai Tea Mousse:
Upper layer: cheese cover 250g, evaporated milk 50g, gelatin powder 7g, cold water 10g
Lower layer: thai tea 700ml, corn syrup or sugar 25g, gelatin powder 15g, cold water 25g
