我做过最简单好吃的面包|满是气泡的免揉佛卡夏面包 No Knead Focaccia bread
这种面包充滿泡泡,制作过程很有成就感。可以作为主食,外表微微的有点酥脆,内部非常的宣软,整体蓬松而有弹性,味道也是出奇的好吃。这种面包由于多孔,非常暄软,把它丢到浓汤里一起吃,效果非常好。橄榄油是关键,其它调味配料可以自由发挥。
