材料:豬五花肉薄片20片、洋蔥1/2顆、醬油、味淋、清酒、蛋、七味粉
1.製作溫泉蛋:在1000cc滾水中放入300cc冷水,關火,放入生雞蛋後蓋鍋蓋,靜置6分半~7分鐘後,快速撈出後放入冷水降溫
2.洋蔥切絲,放入未開火的鍋內
3.調醬:醬油3湯匙、味醂2湯匙、清酒1湯匙,倒入鍋內,再加上一杯的水,開火
4.等洋蔥變色後,放入五花肉片一起煮
5.便當裡的飯可預先撒上七味粉
6.豬肉起鍋放在便當上層,組裝完成(PS.預備好的溫泉蛋記得帶喔^_^)
