📢 Ingredients
130g (9tbsp) Unsalted butter
200g Dark chocolates
100g (1 cup) Sugar
80g (1/3 cup) Brown sugar
3 Large eggs
75g (1/2 cup) All-purpose flour
25g (1/4 cup) Cocoa powder
baking pan size 20x20cm
175°C (350°F) bake for 25-30 minutes
📢 Important tips
1. If you don't have a microwave oven, you can melt the butter and chocolates by heating them above the hot water.
2. The chocolate is 60%-70% cocoa. Melt the chocolate with the heat of the melted butter. If it does not melt, continue to microwave for 1 more minute.
3. if you do not have brown sugar, use the same amount of caster sugar.
4. The eggs can also be used without whipping, so that the brownies will be a little thinner. The whipped ones will be thicker.
