MINI NOODLE BURGER RECIPE

Ingredients

2 Maggi 2 Minute Noodle Packets
500g Beef Mince
1 Packet Maggi Best Ever Burgers Recipe Base
2 tsp Oil
Cheese
Lettuce
Sauce

Directions

Cook the Maggi 2 Minute Noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes. Add the flavour sachets and drain.
Place the noodles on a baking sheet covered with non-stick paper and spread out with a spoon into an even layer. Cover with plastic wrap and press down to compress the noodles with your hands. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes to set.
Combine the beef mince and Maggi Best Ever Burgers recipe base in a medium sized mixing bowl. Shape into 8 burger patties.
Use a glass to cut out 'burger buns' from the noodles.
Heat a frypan over medium heat and add the oil. Cook the noodle buns for 3-4 minutes each side. Be very careful when flipping as they can fall apart. Place in a warm oven to keep warm.
Use the same frypan to cook the burger patties for 3 minutes each side. When you flip the patties add a slice of cheese to each to melt.
Assemble the burgers by placing a noodle bun on a plate. Top with lettuce, a burger patty topped with melted cheese, your favourite burger sauce and finally another noodle bun. Use tooth picks to keep them together and they are ready to serve.
