The Financial Times and McKinsey & Company Business Book of the Year 2020 Award announced the winner at a digital event on December 1, 2020.

The Bracken Bower Prize winner for the best business book proposal by a writer under the age of 35 was also announced.

Our guest speaker was Laxman Narasimhan, Chief Executive Officer of Reckitt Benckiser Group.

The co-hosts of this year's awards were Roula Khalaf, Editor of the Financial Times, and Kevin Sneader, Global Managing Partner of McKinsey & Company.
