Calisthenics Training After Injury - Can I Still Pull Up & Handstand After 6 Months?

Hey Guys! This week I have started to slowly incorporate some calisthenics training after having 6 months off training completely because of a disk herniation and sciatica 🥳! Testing out if I can still do pull ups and handstands and generally loving being able to move my body again (within reason 😂)!
