材料 Ingredients:
七十克粘米粉 70g Rice flour
二十克粟粉 20g Corn starch
十克澄粉 10g Wheat starch
三十克煮熟了紅豆(高速鍋煮十五分鐘,或普通鍋煮約五十分鐘) 30g cooked red bean (cook for 50 minutes, or 15 minutes with a pressure cooker)
約五十克赤砂糖 About 50g brown sugar
適量生油 Cooking oil
四個小型碗 4small bowls
三百毫升清水 300ml water
