pork - 600 g (21.16 oz)

for the filling:
cheese cream - 350 g (12.35 oz)
red pepper - 200 g (7 oz)
pressed cheese - 150 g (5.3 oz)

for breaded:
eggs - 3 pieces
salt - 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)
parmesan - 60 g (2 oz)
bread crumbs - 60 g (2 oz)
Tray size 25 X 35 cm (10 x 14 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/30 minutes
