4 eggs
1/4 cup sweetener(stevia or your choice)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup(350 g) yogurt
lemon peel
1 tablespoon lemon juice
~ 1/3 cup(45 g) rice flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
100 g raspberries(optional)
bake 45-50 minutes at 160°C/320°F
