夏日清爽的甜点 芒果优格奶酪 无鲜奶油 Perfect Summer Dessert Mango Yogurt Panna Cotta Without Whipping Cream
用意式奶酪的元素做了这个芒果优格奶酪。奶酪顺滑,芒果香甜,是这个夏季清爽无负担的甜点。
芒果优格奶酪不需要复杂的操作,也不需要特别的烘培工具就能制作。成品也可以随自己的喜好, 斜的,横的,或是只做优格奶酪配芒果泥等等。大家可以发挥创意,做出属于自己的芒果优格奶酪。
芒果奶酪:
1)鲜奶 - 100g
2)吉利丁粉 - 7g
3)优格 - 100g
4)芒果泥 - 250g
优格奶酪:
1)鲜奶 - 300g
2)吉利丁粉 - 9g
3)细砂糖 - 1 tbsp
4)优格 - 300g
果冻层:
1)芒果泥 - 150g
2)柳橙汁 - 50g
3)吉利丁粉 - 3g
**杯子的容量是250ml, 我做了4杯。
**我用的优格含果糖(fructose),基本上不需要再加糖。优格奶酪 (白色部分) 加糖主要是想让那些有需要加糖的朋友通过视频能更清楚整个制作流程。加了糖后先试一试味道觉得需要才再加。
**优格奶酪相对健康0负担。若是追求经典意式奶酪那种细腻顺滑的口感,可以把优格换成等量的鲜奶油,做法一样。
**果冻层的柳橙汁可以换成水。

Mango Panna Cotta :
1)Milk - 100g
2)Gelatin powder- 7g
3)Yogurt - 100g
4)Mango puree - 250g
Yogurt Panna Cotta:
1)Milk - 300g
2)Gelatin powder - 9g
3)Granulated sugar - 1 tbsp
4)Yogurt - 300g
Mango Jelly:
1)Mango puree - 150g
2)Orange Juice - 50g
3)Gelatin powder - 3g
**I made 4 glasses of mango yogurt panna cotta, each glass is 250ml.
**I'm using the yogurt that contains fructose, thus sugar can be totally omitted in this recipe. The purpose of adding sugar at the 'white part' is to let those who need to do so can have better understanding on the whole process through video.
**Yogurt panna cotta is light, creamy and healthy. If you wish the make the silky smooth kind of panna cotta, feel free to replace yogurt with the equal amount of whipping cream Method remains unchanged.
**Orange juice can be substituted with water.
