#尚食厨房 #shangshikitchen 这个日式照烧鸡腿饭的味道和鳗鱼饭的味道有点像，据说现在冬奥会运动员的菜单里面有这道菜，我配出的这个味道，再加一点盐您会觉得咸，再加一点糖您会觉得甜，这个照烧汁浇在米饭上，即使再多加两勺汤您也会喜欢。

Ingredients:
6 Chicken drumstick 鸡腿
Ginger 姜
Green onion 葱
White pepper 白胡椒粉
1 tbsp Corn starch 玉米淀粉
1 cup Sake 清酒
1/3 cup Mirin 味淋
1.5 tbsp Soy sauce 酱油
1 tbsp Dark soy sauce 老抽
1.5 tbsp Maple syrup 枫糖
1/2 tsp Sesame oil 香油
