Mason Hereford, chef and owner of New Orleans’ Turkey and the Wolf and Molly’s Rise and Shine, is having a chef’s night out with help from some of his closest friends in the hospitality industry. Mason and his crew take a party bus around NOLA and tour the parts of the city that aren’t always celebrated.
