Telok Blangah Ridgeview was launched in 2012 together with Depot Heights with Ridgeview having the better accessibility over Depot Heights due to its shorter distance to an MRT. It was much anticipated because there were no other BTOs launched in this area until 5 years prior with the launch of Telok Blangah Towers as between 2007 to 2012, most BTO launches centred around non-mature estates.

Today, prices have shot up to $600K+ for a 3-room flat while 4-room flats are seeing prices upwards of $800K.
