Condensed Milk Bread NO Sugar NO Stand Mixer NO knead SUPER soft & fluffy 炼乳小餐包 无糖配方 超软的隔天也很柔软不发硬的面包做法,不揉膜也拉丝的软面包~

Ingredients 配方:12 pieces bread

fresh milk 150 ml 鲜牛奶150毫升
all-purpose flour or bread flour 300 g 2 cups + 1 tbsp 中筋面粉或面包高筋面粉300克
Instant yeast 4 g 1 tsp 酵母4克
salt 3 g / 1/2 tsp 盐3克
whole egg 52 g 鸡蛋一个52克
condensed milk 50 ml / 2 tbsp 炼乳50毫升
unsalted butter 25 g / 2 tbsp 无盐黄油25克
sugar 15 g 1 tbsp ( optional) 白糖15克可添加或不加

Bake in preheated oven at 175℃/350℉ for 16 minutes or until brownish top
预热好的烤箱175℃/350华氏度烤16分钟或至金黄

Cool down then put them into a Food Freezer Bag for 1 or 2 days at room temperature and they will be very soft next day
晾晾以后,放入保鲜袋室温保存一至二天,隔天不发硬,一样的松软拉丝

面包 炼乳面包 免揉面包 牛奶吐司面包 软面包
