Cook chicken pasta for lunch or dinner, it will quick & easy to cook and need simple ingredients. The taste of the pasta is delicate and creamy, the ingredients are perfectly combined. You can use any pasta: tagliatelle, fettuccine, spaghetti or penne. Also you can replace chicken thigh fillet with breast fillet, and cream with milk. It will take you no more than 15 minutes to cook a simple, quick and delicious version of the Italian dish that will please your whole family and loved ones.

✔︎ You will need:
• Pot
• Skillet
• Colander
• Cutting board

✅ Ingredients:
• chicken thigh fillet - 14 oz | 400 g
• tagliatelle pasta - 9 oz | 250 g
• garlic - 2 cloves
• all purpose flour - 1 tsp
• heavy cream - 10 fl oz | 300 ml
• cooking oil - 1 tbsp
• butter - ⅔ oz | 20 g
• fresh parsley - 2 tbsp | 5 g
• ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp
• salt to taste
• water - 2 L
• parmesan cheese to taste

📙 Preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces about 3-4 cm in size, finely chop the garlic and parsley.
2. Bring 2 liters of water to a boil in a pot, add 1 tbsp of salt, and cook the pasta until al dente. If the packaging doesn't specify, cook it for 1-1.5 minutes less than the time indicated on the package. After cooking, reserve about 50-80 ml of the pasta cooking water.
3. Heat a skillet over high heat with 1 tbsp of cooking oil, add the sliced chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper to taste, and fry for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
4. Add the butter, finely chopped garlic, and sauté for 1 minute. Add the flour, sauté for 1 minute more, pour in the heavy cream, parsley, reserved pasta water, mix well, and cook for an additional 2 minutes over medium heat.
5. Drain the cooked pasta and transfer it to the skillet, mix well.
6. Before serving, sprinkle the chicken pasta with Parmesan cheese or grated hard cheese and chopped parsley leaves.

💡 Advices:
1. You can replace chicken thigh fillet with chicken breast fillet.
2. Any type of pasta can be used.
3. Heavy cream can be replaced with milk or a combination of cream and milk to reduce the dish's fat.
4. Use spices and seasonings according to taste.
5. If the pasta packaging doesn't mention "al dente," reduce the overall cooking time by 1-2 minutes.
