The prime president of this Udon restaurant was a soldier and he wanted his family and fellows to
have more food because there were running out of food in Japan at that time, 60 years ago.
He inherited his Udon restaurant to his son who was trained by his father.
The family business can grow family relationship, in deed.

今回ご紹介するのは、福岡市にある讃岐うどん、「博多さぬきうどん」。
初代店長は福岡に讃岐うどんを広めた方で、当時は食料がなく彼の家族、仲間に食べ物を提供したいという思いでうどん屋さんを開業。
今では多くのサラリーマンや著名人までもが愛するお店となった。
丹精を込めて作るうどんは、人々の疲れを癒します。
