这次带来一道特别适合冬天吃的,暖暖的金汤肥牛。虽然看起来工序比较多,但其实对刀工和火候的要求几乎为零,所以还是非常容易复刻出来的~
【食材/Ingredients】
肥牛300g,去皮南瓜300g,番茄250g,金针菇200g,魔芋丝150g,蒜20g,,小米辣2个,黄灯笼辣椒酱1大勺,食用油70g,凉水300ml,开水(或高汤)800ml
盐4g,糖3g,白胡椒粉1g
*注:1大勺=3茶匙=15ml
Fatty beef slices 300g, peeled pumpkin 300g, tomatoes 250g, yum noodles 150g, garlic 20g, 2 tabasco chilli pepper, yellow bell pepper paste 1 tbsp, cooking oil 70g, room temperature water 300ml, hot water 800ml
Salt 4g, sugar 3g, white pepper 1g
