How to Make the Perfect Burger Buns of All Time

配方/Ingredients:
室温水200毫升 Room temperature water 200 ml
高筋面粉或面包粉300克(2 cups + 2 tbsp)All-purpose flour or Bread flour 300 g (2 cups + 2 tbsp)
酵母3克 Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
白糖7克 Sugar 7 g (1/2 tbsp)
盐3克 Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
炒菜油15毫升 (1 tbsp) Vegetable oil 15 ml (1 tbsp)
白芝麻 Sesame seeds as needed
预热好的烤箱180℃/356华氏度烤17分钟至金黄
Bake in preheated oven at 180℃/356℉for 17 minutes until golden brown
