In this video I'm doing a few pull force tests to see how strong red wallplugs / anchors / rawlplugs are. This is a very unscientific test for a bit of fun but these are probably the most commonly used plugs in the UK so I thought it would be interesting to see how they compare to the quoted numbers on the spec sheet! IMPORTANT: Do NOT use the figures from this test as a guide for load ratings. Always follow the manufacturer recommendations which include appropriate safety factors.
