一百五十克低筋麵粉 150g cake flour
一百克白砂糖 100g caster sugar
一茶匙半橙皮 1.5tsp orange peel
四十毫升油 40ml cooking oil
一茶匙發粉 1tsp baking powder
一張焗爐紙 1 baking paper
一個蛋糕盤：直徑八吋，三吋高 1 cake mold (8 inch diameter, 3 inch tall)
