今天给大家分享一道肉沫豆腐的做法
做法非常的简单
猪肉剁成小丁
里面加入少量生抽、料酒
一小勺淀粉搅拌均匀腌制10分钟左右
准备一块嫩豆腐
切成薄片然后装盘里
锅里油热后把葱花和生姜沫倒进去爆香
再加入一勺豆瓣酱和一勺甜面酱
炒出香味后倒入剁好的肉丁
翻炒2分钟后加入耗油
然后加入少许的水翻炒均匀后关火
把炒好的肉沫倒入装有豆腐的盘子里
然后上锅蒸
大火蒸10分钟就可以出锅了
往上面撒些小葱花就可以吃了
这个肉沫豆腐就做好了
