Tapioca chocolate cream Dorayaki

This time I tried to make a dessert with tapioca with reference to the Dorayaki that you can find in convenience stores.

[Chocolate Tapioca Cream]
Diameter 60 x H45 3.5 pcs
Heavy cream:100ml + 100ml
Chocolate(56%):60g
Granulated sugar:10g
Milk:30ml
Powdered gelatin:3g
[Chocolate dorayaki dough]
■Ingredients (8cm Dorayaki approx 18pcs)
A - Hotcake mix:150g
A - Cocoa powder:6g
A - Black cocoa powder:3g
A - Baking soda:2g
White sugar:25g
Honey:40g
Mirin:20g
Whole Egg:60g(L1pc)
Milk:100ml
■Chocolate dorayaki instructions
1.Combine and sift hotcake mix, cocoa powder, and baking soda
2. Mix white sugar, honey, mirin and whole egg in a separate bowl.
3. Add milk to 2 and mix
4. Mix 3 and 1 together and let it sleep in the refrigerator for 1 hour
5. Heat the frying pan and cook over low heat
6. Turn over if bubbles form and flip to the other side
7. Take it out and let it cool before wrapping
