Ingredients
All purpose flour 500 g (3 cups + 1/2 cup)
Baking powder 8 g (2 tsp)
Baking soda 3 g (1/2 tsp)
Salt 5 - 6 g (1 tsp)
Vegetable oil 30 ml (2 tbsp)
Cold water 310-320 ml

Oil temperature 170 ° C (360° F) - 185° C (390 ° F)

Important tips
1. The water must be cold water as the baking powder will react when it meets hot water.
2. Knead and fold the dough to get a smooth surface. Shape the dough then rest at room temperature for about 4 hours or keep it in the refrigerator overnight.
3. Make sure do not sprinkle flour on the mat or operation panel
