培根洋葱面包卷 - Bacon Onion Bread Rolls
这款面包做法简单,是餐桌上深受欢迎的一款餐包。在制作过程中,不需要揉面揉到手抽筋也一样松软可口。

食材:
中筋面粉 380克
鸡 蛋 1个 (带壳约58克)
即速酵母粉 5克
盐 巴 4克
白 糖 20克
水 180-210克 (夏天用冰水,冬天用室温水)
黄 油 25克 (黄油需要软化)
培 根 280克
洋 葱 1个大的

Ingredients:
All-purpose flour 380g
Large size egg 1 (about 58g with shell )
Instant yeast 5g
Salt 4g
Sugar 20g
Water 180g-210g
Soften butter 25g
1 large onion
Bacon 280g

Greased 12-Cup Muffin Pan, each cavity measures 2.75" diameter x 1.25" H
Preheat oven to 375F/190C, bake for 20-25 mins ,until golden

note:
1.软化的黄油温度在19-23C,65-75F。
2.夏天用冰水,冬天用室温水,不同牌子的面粉,吸水性不同。夏天用水量有可能会少一些,冬天或者干燥的天气用水量会多一些。干湿合适的面团质感应该是非常软,又好操作的状态。
3.在夏天,把食谱里的最高水量留约10%来调整面团的水份,在这个视频里我用了大约194克的水。
