材料:板豆腐1塊、蒜末1/2匙、香菜1株、醬油膏1.5匙、醬油3大匙、糖1/3匙、紅辣椒半根、水2匙、白胡椒、香油
1. 將豆腐放置於廚房紙巾上,吸乾豆腐水份
2.豆腐切塊(約1公分左右),放置於廚房紙巾上,徹底吸乾水份就可避免油爆
3. 熱鍋後倒入一點油,利用廚紙均勻將鍋內沙拉油充分擦拭均勻
4. 開中火,豆腐逐一入鍋,煎至表面焦香
5. 蔥切花、香菜切段、辣椒切段,備用
6.調醬:醬油膏1.5匙、蒜末1/2匙、醬油3匙、水2匙、糖1/3匙,香菜、辣椒、蔥、白胡椒、香油,拌勻
7. 豆腐逐一翻面,成金黃色後即可關火排盤,淋上醬汁完成
