材料:去骨雞腿1隻、牛番茄1顆、洋蔥1/2顆、黃椒1顆、青椒1顆、紅椒1顆、洋菇5朵、蛋1顆、番茄醬3大匙、九層塔20片、起士絲1杯、黑胡椒、長法1根
1.鍋內不用放油,去骨雞腿的雞皮面朝下,煎出雞油
2. 牛番茄、洋蔥、黃椒、青椒、紅椒、洋菇,切丁備用
3. 雞皮煎至酥脆後,取出切塊,再放回鍋內續炒
4. 加入洋蔥丁與雞肉拌炒
5. 雞肉快熟時,放入青椒、紅椒、洋菇、牛番茄一起拌炒
6. #重點:鋪平所有食材,不要過度翻動,運用鍋底的熱,烙出食材焦香味
7. 香味出來後加入番茄醬、半碗水煨煮,蓋上鍋蓋稍微悶一下
8. 等鍋蓋佈滿水蒸氣後,開蓋撒鹽、黑胡椒,加入起司、雞蛋,然後再蓋上鍋蓋
9. 等蛋熟之後,撒上九層塔、黑胡椒,完成(搭配長法一起吃)
